Shipping policy

The Septics Shop – Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our target is to deliver your order within 1 week of purchase. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, courier performance, and product availability.

Some products may take longer to arrive due to demand. Our products often go into short supply, especially during peak periods when everyone seems to want them at the same time. This can lead to occasional backlogs of up to a few weeks. While we will do our best to communicate any known delays, by placing an order you accept that shipping times may vary and that delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund unless the product becomes undeliverable.

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Processing generally takes 1–3 business days from the time of order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is available, it will be included in this email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can either:

  • Reship it (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund for the item(s) only, minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or from the date it was delivered. We'll work with the courier to investigate and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Claims made outside this time window may not be eligible for resolution.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect).

To initiate a return, contact us at [insert your email] with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior notice may not be processed. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
In cases where a product is marked as pre-order or backordered, estimated delivery times will be stated on the product page. By ordering, you agree to the wait time stated. If you include both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, your shipment may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
