Phos-Lite™ from Marsh Industries is a market-leading tertiary treatment solution designed to significantly reduce phosphate levels in domestic and commercial wastewater. Unlike traditional methods, Phos-Lite doesn’t rely on chemical dosing. Instead, it uses a unique mineral-based media that binds phosphates through a natural adsorption process.

Certified by PIA GmbH to achieve phosphate levels as low as 0.2mg/l, Phos-Lite ensures exceptional effluent quality. It’s ideal for use with new treatment plants or retrofitted to existing systems. Designed to treat up to 35PE (Population Equivalent) and scalable beyond, it’s a flexible, low-energy, and environmentally conscious solution.


Care & Maintenance

Phos-Lite™ requires minimal maintenance thanks to its natural mineral media design. The system operates with a small external air blower that requires occasional visual checks. The mineral media is long-lasting and designed to retain phosphorus over several years. After approximately five years of operation (for a 6PE system), media performance can be reassessed and replaced if necessary, representing approximately 50% of the tested capacity. There are no moving parts inside the tank, no need for chemical dosing, and no specialist servicing required. Maintenance is simple, light, and easily scheduled.
